Research and Design of Intelligent Supervision System Based on Differentiated Management System

结合国内数字化工地IoT技术的发展及应用,开展青岛市崂山区房屋建筑工程分级分类差异化管控体系研究,将业务思维和数据处理能力进行融合,通过数据分析提炼规律、洞察问题、沉淀方案,提出监管部门新型智慧化监管系统的创新应用架构,包括施工现场质量安全管理等。新型差异化管控体系与系统架构在青岛市崂山区进行了项目实践应用,提升了监管部门的信息化、智能化管理水平和服务效能,取得了良好的应用成效。

Based on the development and application of IoT technology in domestic digital chemical engineering sites,a study on the differentiated management and control system for housing construction projects in Laoshan District,Qingdao will be carried out,integrating business thinking and data processing capabilities.Through data analysis and extraction of laws,insight into problems,and precipitation plans,an innovative application architecture for a new intelligent supervision system for regulatory authorities will be proposed,including quality and safety management at construction sites.The new differentiated control system and system architecture have been applied in the Laoshan District of Qingdao City,improving the informationization and intelligent management level and service efficiency of regulatory authorities,and achieving good application results.
