数字经济规模测算:一个文献综述

Review of the Research on the Scale Measurement of Digital Economy

当下,世界正经历着新一轮的技术革命,数字技术的飞速发展孕育了全新的经济形态,并深刻地改变了经济社会的运行方式。准确地测算数字经济有助于把握数字经济发展的整体态势,为制定科学合理的数字经济发展策略提供参考。然而,当前各界在数字经济概念界定上仍存在争议,且在其测度方法上也未达成共识。文章从狭义、广义和交易视角对数字经济概念进行了梳理,并基于此从数字经济增加值测算、数字经济指数测算、数字经济卫星账户测算等三种测算方法角度出发,对数字经济的测度进行分析,以期为进一步的数字经济测算研究奠定基础。

Currently,it is undergoing a new round of technological revolution.The rapid development of digital technology has given birth to a brand-new economic form and profoundly changed the way the economy and society operate.Accurately measuring the digital economy helps to grasp the overall trend of digital economy development and provide a reference for formulating scientific and reasonable digital economy development strategies.However,there are still controversies in the definition and measurement method of digital economy from all circles.This article sorts out the concept of digital economy from the perspective of narrow,broad and transaction,and based on this,measures the digital economy from the three measurement methods of added value calculation of digital economy,index calculation of digital economy,and satellite account calculation of digital economy.The analysis is expected to lay the foundation for further research on digital economy calculations.
