摘要 巴河特大桥主桥为(44.5 m+108 m+2×200 m+108 m+44.5 m)预应力矮塔斜拉桥,主桥23#墩0#块长度为20 m,采用钢管混凝土立柱临时支墩及托架施工。设计选用了三角形托架体系,并应用Midas GTS软件对托架进行了模拟计算分析,验证了托架结构的强度、刚度以及稳定性;针对三角托架与临时立柱间存在位置交叉问题,提出了一种穿立柱连接锚固托架构造。结合拖架结构特点和施工现场实际情况,提出反拉预压试验方案,避免了传统重物堆载预压工作量大、施工困难的问题,取得了良好的施工效益,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 The main bridge of Bahe Bridge is(44.5m+108m+2×200m+108m+44.5m)prestressed extradosed cable-stayed bridge.The main bridge 23#pier 0#block is up to 20m long,which is constructed by temporary pier and bracket of concrete filled steel tubular column.The triangular bracket system is designed and selected,and the bracket is simulated and analyzed by Midas GTS software.The strength,stiffness and stability of the bracket structure are verified.An anchorage bracket structure through column connection is proposed to solve the problem of position crossing between triangular bracket and temporary column.Combined with the structural characteristics of the trawler and the actual situation of the construction site,the anti-tension preloading test scheme is proposed to avoid the problems of large workload and difficult construction of traditional heavy load preloading.The above scheme obtains good construction benefit,and can provide reference for similar projects.
