Quality Control Measures of Concrete in Winter Construction in North China

结合天津市轨道交通B1线一期工程,对温带季风气候区域冬季混凝土施工质量控制措施进行了研究。为提高混凝土的抗冻性和早期强度,对配合比进行了专项设计,加入了矿物掺合料;在此基础上,对混凝土拌和、运输、浇筑、养护等过程提出了相应的控制措施,研究结果可为今后类似工程施工提供可靠的经验。

Combined with the first phase project of Tianjin Rail Transit Line B1,the quality control measures of concrete construction in winter in temperate monsoon climate region are studied.In order to improve the frost resistance and early strength of concrete,a special design was made for the mix ratio,and mineral admixtures were added;The results can provide reliable experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
