水下墩身玻纤套筒加固关键技术研究

摘要 长久以来,水下施工都是施工作业中的难点所在。对于水下桥梁墩身加固施工工程,若采用传统围堰工艺,施工企业难以控制成本风险和进度风险;此外,考虑到的水环境作用,加固材料应具备良好的耐腐蚀性,避免无休止养护的发生。水下玻纤套筒施工工艺凭借高耐腐蚀性以及水下施工方便的特性,在许多加固工程项目中得到了运用。本文根据工程实例,通过对水下玻纤套筒施工工艺的实际运行,对整个工艺进行总结,叙述了水下玻纤套筒的施工方法和经验,为以后类似工程提供参考和借鉴。 For a long time,underwater construction is the difficult point in the construction operation.For underwater bridge pier reinforcement construction project,if the traditional cofferdam technology is adopted,it is difficult for construction enterprises to control cost risk and schedule risk;in addition,considering the effect of the water environment,the reinforcement material should have good corrosion resistance to avoid the occurrence of endless maintenance.Underwater glass fiber sleeve construction technology has been used in many reinforcement projects due to its high corrosion resistance and convenient underwater construction.According to the project example,this paper summarizes the whole process through the actual operation of the underwater glass fiber sleeve construction technology,and describes the construction method and experience of the underwater glass fiber sleeve,so as to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
