摘要
通过分析太阳能电池等效电路,利用MATLAB搭建仿真模型,研究温度、光照度等环境参数对太阳能电池特性的影响。结果表明,温度升高使太阳能电池的开路电压下降,短路电流少量增加,而光照度增强使太阳能电池的功率和电流显著提升。
By analyzing the equivalent circuit of solar cells and using MATLAB to build a simulation model,the influence of environmental parameters such as temperature and illumination on the characteristics of solar cells was studied.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the open circuit voltage decreases,the short circuit current increases slightly,and the power and current of the solar cell increase significantly with the increase of illumination.
