辅助生殖技术通过人工授精、代孕等方式实现了由于自身生理原因不能生育夫妻的生育愿望,却对中国传统亲情伦理造成了巨大的挑战。辅助生殖技术的应用和发展不仅淡化了以血缘为基础的中国传统血亲伦理,而且,其应用带来的多亲关系使中国传统亲子伦理陷入困境,其应用潜藏的血亲不确定性给传统兄弟伦理造成了窘境,其在应用的过程中引发的性与生育的分离使传统夫妻关系受到巨大冲击,甚至加剧了家庭模式的转变。

Assisted reproductive technology,through artificial fertilization,surrogacy and other ways,has realized the childbearing desire of couples who cannot have children due to their own physiological reasons,but it has posed a huge challenge to China’s traditional family ethics.The application and development of assisted reproductive technology not only downplayed the traditional Chinese consanguinity ethics based on consanguinity,but also made the traditional Chinese parent-child ethics in a dilemma due to the multi parentage brought about by its application;the uncertainty of consanguinity hidden in its application has caused a dilemma for traditional brotherhood ethics;the separation of sex and fertility caused by its application has greatly impacted the traditional husband and wife relationship,and even intensified the contemporary transformation of family model.
