论健康管理与心理咨询的关系

Discussion on the Relationship between Health Management and Psychological Counseling

健康管理与心理咨询目前存在三种结合类型。包括心理健康管理、心理咨询在健康管理中的应用、健康管理体系下的心理咨询项目,这几种类型的关系并不能有效地解决心理咨询中出现的问题。因此,本文以健康管理与心理咨询的关系为主题进行研究,明确目前健康管理与心理咨询的学科发展现状,深入分析健康管理与心理咨询之间的关系,提出健康管理在心理咨询中的应用这一范畴,并分别对其中的四方面问题进行了探讨。

There are three types of combination between health management and psychological counseling.Including mental health management,the application of psychological counseling in health management,psychological counseling projects under the health management system,these types of relationships can not effectively solve the problems in psychological counseling.Therefore,this paper takes the relationship between health management and psychological counseling as the theme to study,clarify the current development status of the discipline of health management and psychological counseling,analyze the relationship between health management and psychological counseling in depth,put forward the application of health management in psychological counseling,and respectively discuss four aspects of the problem.
