Current status and influencing factors for post competency of hospital infection prevention and control directors in Shanghai in 2021

摘要 目的调查上海市不同级别医疗机构感染管理科主任的岗位胜任力现状及其影响因素.方法2021年4月对上海市各级别医疗机构的感染管理科主任进行问卷调查,调查问卷包括一般资料(性别、年龄、专业背景、最高学历、医院等级、工作年限、医院职业环境支持评分)和岗位胜任力(基本认知、基本技能、专业知识、个人品质)两部分,采用多元逐步线性回归分析感控主任岗位胜任力影响因素.结果201人参与此次调查,岗位胜任力基本认知、基本技能、专业知识和个人品质4个维度平均得分分别为(57.9±8.5)分、(96.4±14.8)分、(54.4±11.5)分和(58.7±8.5)分,多元逐步线性回归分析结果显示,医院等级、最高学历、工作性质、感控工作年限和医院环境支持是感控主任岗位胜任力的影响因素.结论上海市不同级别医疗机构感染管理科主任岗位胜任力差异较大,今后应强化教育培训并增加医院环境支持力度,以进一步提高岗位胜任力. OBJECTIVE To investigate the post competency of hospital infection prevention and control directors in different levels of medical institutions in Shanghai and analyze the influencing factors.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted for the infection prevention and control directors of the medical institutions in Shanghai in April 202l,the content of the questionnaire included the baseline data(gender,age,professional background,highest academic degree,hospital grade,years of working,occupational environment supporting score)and the post competency(basic cognition,basic skills,professional knowledge,personal quality).Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis was performed for the influencing factors for the post competency.RESULTS A total of 201 questionnaires were collected.The average scores for basic cognition,basic skills,professional knowledge and personal quality were(57.9±8.5)points,(96.4±14.8)points,(54.4±11.5)points and(58.7±8.5)points,respectively.The result of multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the hospital grade,the highest ac-ademic degree,position,working years and environmental support were the influencing factors for the post competency of the infection control directors.CONCLUSION The post competency of the hospital infection prevention and control directors vary significantly in the different grades of medical institutions of Shanghai.It is necessary to intensify the education training and boost the hospital environmental support so as to further improve the post competency.
