Surveillance and analysis of foodborne diseases in Jiujiang City from 2018 to 2021

摘要 目的 通过对2018年—2022年九江市食源性疾病病例监测结果进行分析,掌握全市食源性疾病散发的基本情况,为制定有针对性的预防措施提供科学依据。方法 收集并分析近5年来全市医疗机构通过食源性疾病监测报告系统上报的食源性疾病病例信息。结果 共5年收集食源性疾病病例信息8 955例,其中浔阳区采集病例最多(1 465例,占16.36%)。完成粪便标本1 401例,检出阳性菌115株,总阳性检出率为8.21%。第三季度为就诊高峰(3 428例,占38.28%)。各年龄组均有报告,<6岁年龄组的散居儿童和农民为高发病人群。病例可疑暴露食品最主要的为肉与肉制品,家庭自制为可疑食品主要的加工方式,家庭为可疑食品的主要进食场所。沙门菌和诺如病毒是主要致病因子。结论 扩大监测哨点覆盖范围,健全食源性疾病监测网络体系,进一步提高食源性疾病病例样品的检测水平。加强多部门协作,提高监测敏感性,提前预警,有效宣传,加大监管力度,最大限度地减少食源性疾病的发生,保障公众的身体健康。 Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the surveillance results of foodborne diseases in Jiujiang city from 2018 to 2022, understand the basic situation of the regional prevalence of foodborne diseases, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of targeted preventive measures. Methods Information on foodborne diseases reported by foodborne disease surveillance reporting systems in sentinel hospitals of Jiujiang city were collected and analyzed during the past five years. Results A total of 8 955 foodborne disease cases were collected in Jiujiang city, and Xunyang district(1 465 cases, 16.36%) reported the most. Among them, the laboratory test was conducted in 1 401 stool specimens, and 115 strains of bacteria were detected with the detection rate of 8.21%. The peak was observed in the third quarter(3 428 cases, 38.28%). There were reports in all age groups, scattered children in the age groups of 6 and farmers had higher incidence rate. Meat and meat products were the most suspected food exposure. The processing and packaging methods of suspicious food were mainly homemade and the inputting place of suspicious food was mainly family. Salmonella and norovirus were the main pathogenic factors. Conclusion Sentinel surveillance coverage should be expanded, foodborne disease surveillance network system should be improved, and the detection level of foodborne disease samples should be further improved. Multi-departmental collaboration, monitoring sensitivity, advance warning, effective publicity, and supervision should be strengthened, so as to minimize the occurrence of foodborne diseases and protect the health of the public.
