摘要
近年来浙江省每年面上水利工程建设任务繁重,如何有效掌握工程质量状况,指导各地规范开展水利工程建设,成为当前推动水利高质量发展的一项重要工作。通过开展省级质量抽检,对面上水利工程质量现状、特点与规律进行分析。总结出发生率较高、性质较重的问题作为主要问题,对其进行原因分析,并提出有关建议,以期为今后更好地开展质量抽检工作并提高水利工程建设质量提供指导和借鉴。
In recent years,the annual construction tasks about general water conservancy projects are increasingly heavy in Zhejiang province.How to effectively grasp the quality status and guide all localities to standardize the construction has become an important task to promote the high-quality development of water conservancy.By carrying out provincial quality sampling inspections,the current situation,characteristics and laws of general water conservancy project quality are analyzed.The problems with high occurrence and serious nature are extracted as main problems to analyze the reasons.Suggestions are put forward in order to provide guidance and reference for better quality sampling inspection and improvement of water conservancy project construction quality in the future.
