浙东台州湾海塘软土地基水泥搅拌桩强度变化规律分析研究

Study on Strength Variation of Cement Mixing Pile on Soft Soil Foundation in Taizhou Bay Seawall in Eastern Zhejiang Province

摘要 为提升对水泥搅拌桩的认识,通过分析梳理工程实际检测数据,研究发现搅拌桩桩身强度变化的离散性是客观存在的,其主要影响因素为搅拌的均匀度。此外,还发现桩身强度与水泥掺入比、龄期影响较为密切,在工程设计中,应尽可能采用60 d及以上龄期强度作为控制性指标。 In order to enhance the understanding of cement mixing piles,by analyzing and sorting out actual engineering testing data,it was found that there was dispersion of strength changes in the mixing pile body,and its main influencing factor was the uniformity of mixing.In addition,it was found that the strength of the pile body was closely related to the cement mixing ratio and age.In engineering design,the strength of 60 days or more should be used as a control indicator in any possible conditions.
