电弧闪爆对织物厚度和拉伸强度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究电弧燃爆对防电弧织物物理性能的影响,采用织物测厚仪和万能材料试验机对3种防电弧织物在不同入射能量电弧闪爆过程中引起织物厚度和拉伸强度性能变化的规律进行研究。结果表明:防电弧织物的厚度在较低入射能量条件下,织物的厚度增加不明显;在较高入射能量条件下,织物厚度增加明显,形成厚度增加的主要原因是织物纤维碳化膨胀。织物拉伸强度随着电弧闪爆入射能量增大而逐渐下降,拉伸强度变化率则呈先小后大再变小再变大的波浪式趋势。 In order to explore the influence of arc ignition and explosion on the physical properties of anti-arc fabrics, fabric thickness tester and universal material testing machine were used to study the changes of fabric thickness and tensile strength properties caused by three kinds of anti-arc fabrics in the arc flash process of different incident energies. The results showed that the thickness of the anti-arc fabric did not increase significantly under the condition of low incident energy, but significantly under the condition of high incident energy. The main reason for the increase of the thickness is the carbonation expansion of the fabric fiber. The tensile strength of fabric gradually decreased with the increase of arc flash incident energy, and the change rate of tensile strength presented a wave trend of first small, then large, then small and then large.
