银杏酮酯滴丸对产后心肌缺血患者干预影响

Intervention Effect of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills on Postpartum Myocardial Ischemia

目的:研究银杏酮酯滴丸对产后心肌缺血患者失眠指数、心率失常及左心室结构和功能的干预效应。方法:以成都中医药大学附属医院2017年7月1日~2020年6月1日间收治的60例产后心肌缺血患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。观察治疗前及治疗后3个月两组患者的临床疗效,包括采用失眠严重指数评估睡眠质量、24 h动态心电图评估心率失常、心脏彩超检查评估左心室阶段运动幅度和射血分数。结果:治疗组有效率高达90%,明显高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各项指标均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后心率失常的发生率均较治疗前降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候评价结果均有所改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏酮酯滴丸联合常规治疗产后心肌缺血患者具有良好的治疗效果,且各项指标优于单纯西药治疗组,其联合用药可提高临床治疗的总有效率,相关临床经验值得推广。

Objective:To study the intervention effects of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills on insomnia index,arrhythmia,and left ventricular structure and function in the patients with postpartum myocardial ischemia.Methods:Sixty patients with postpartum myocardial ischemia treated in the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 1,2017 to June 1,2020 were selected and randomized into a control group(conventional treatment,n=30)and an observation group(Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills+conventional treatment,n=30)by the random number table method.The treatment lasted for 3 months,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Specifically,insomnia severity index was employed to assess sleep quality,24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram to assess arrhythmias,and color Doppler echocardiography to assess left ventricular segmental wall motion amplitude and left ventricular ejection fraction.Results:The observation group had higher response rate than the control group(90%vs.66.67%,P<0.05).The treatment in both groups improved the indicators,and the observation group outperformed the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of arrhythmias in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and it was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment in both groups alleviated the TCM syndromes,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills combined with western medicine has god therapeutic effect on postpartum myocardial ischemia.It is superior to the western medicine alone in terms of insomnia severity index,arrhythmia,and left ventricular function.The combination can improve the total response rate and be popularized in the clinical treatment of postpartum myocardial ischemia.
