针刺联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤临床观察

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with flurbiprofen cataplasms for medial collateral ligament injury of knee

目的观察针刺联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤的临床疗效。方法将100例MCL损伤患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,针刺组50例予针刺疗法治疗,联合组50例在针刺组的基础上联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗。2组均治疗1个月后统计疗效,比较2在治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月膝关节Lysholm评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化情况,比较2组治疗前及治疗后1个月后膝关节伸直、屈曲及屈伸活动度变化情况。结果联合组治疗后总有效率94.00%(47/50),针刺组总有效率72.00%(36/50),联合组总有效率高于针刺组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后1周、1个月膝关节Lysholm评分均升高(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后1周、1个月膝关节Lysholm评分均高于针刺组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后1周、1个月疼痛VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后1周、1个月疼痛VAS评分均低于针刺组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后1个月膝关节伸直、屈曲及屈伸活动度均增大(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后1个月膝关节伸直、屈曲及屈伸活动度均大于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗MCL损伤疗效确切,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,缓解疼痛症状,提高临床疗效,且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with flurbiprofen cataplasms for medial collateral ligament(MCL)injury of knee.Methods A total of 100 patients with MCL injury were randomly assigned into the acupuncture group(n=50)and the combination group(n=50).All patients were managed by acupuncture,and those in the combination group were additionally treated with flurbiprofen cataplasms.Treated for 1 month,aiming to compare pre-and post-treatment(week 1 and month 1 of post-treatment)knee joint Lysholm score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),knee joint activity(extension,flexion,and flexion-extension).The curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the combination group was better than that in the acupuncture group(94.00%[47/50]vs 72.00%[36/50],[P<0.05],respectively).On week 1 and month 1 of post-treatment,increased knee joint Lysholm score,and decreased VAS for pain were detected in the two groups(all P<0.05),and the combination group was superior to the acupuncture group for knee joint Lysholm score and VAS for pain(all P<0.05).The knee joint activity(extension,flexion,and flexion-extension)on month 1 of in both groups significantly increased(P<0.05),which was significantly increased in the combination group than in the acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with MCL injury of knee,acupuncture combined with flurbiprofen cataplasms has definite curative effect,which can effectively improve the knee joint function,relieve pain symptoms,improve clinical curative effect,and with safety and reliability.
