子宫内膜癌伴人乳头瘤病毒感染患者临床特征及其病理检查的临床意义探讨

Clinical characteristics and pathological significance of endometrial carcinoma with HPV infection

目的探讨子宫内膜癌伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者临床特征及病理检查的临床意义。方法选取2018年3月—2021年5月在淮安市第二人民医院接受治疗的156例子宫内膜癌患者临床资料为研究对象,并对临床资料进行整理分析,根据患者是否合并感染HPV分为合并HPV组与未合并HPV组,对比2组患者临床特征,比较2组患者P53和Cdc2蛋白阳性表达情况,以及P53和Cdc2蛋白阳性表达与子宫内膜癌伴HPV临床特征关系。结果156例EC患者中,发现有47例患者感染HPV,109例未感染,且2组患者在年龄、病理类型及淋巴结转移情况方面对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在FIGO分期方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);47例感染组患者中P53阳性表达28例,Cdc2阳性表达25例,占比分别为59.57%和53.19%,显著高于未合并HPV组的32.11%和28.44%(P<0.05);HPV感染的EC患者中,P53阳性患者在年龄、病理类型方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在FIGO分期和淋巴结转移情况方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cdc2阳性患者在年龄、病理类型和淋巴结转移情况方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在FIGO分期方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FIGO分期越高的EC患者,合并感染HPV比例越高,同时增加P53和Cdc2的阳性表达。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of endometrial carcinoma with HPV infection and the clinical significance of case examination.Methods The clinical data of 156 patients with endometrial cancer treated from March 2018 to may 2021 were selected as the research object,and the clinical data were sorted and analyzed.According to whether the patients were combined with HPV,they were divided into combined HPV group and non combined HPV group.The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared,the positive expression of P53 and Cdc2 protein in the two groups were compared,and the relationship between the positive expression of P 53 and Cdc2 protein and the clinical characteristics of endometrial cancer with HPV was compared.Results Among 156 EC patients,47 patients were infected with HPV and 109 patients were not infected.There was no significant difference in age,pathological type and lymph node metastasis between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was difference in FIGO stage(P<0.05).Among the 47 patients in the infection group,there were 28 cases of P 53 positive expression and 25 cases of Cdc2 positive expression,accounting for 59.57%and 53.19%respectively,which was significantly higher than 32.11%and 28.44%in the non HPV group(P<0.05).Among HPV infected EC patients,P 53 positive patients had no significant difference in age and pathological type(P>0.05),but there were differences in FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Cdc2 positive patients had no significant difference in age,pathological type and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in FIGO stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the FIGO stage,the higher the proportion of EC patients co-infection with HPV,and increase the positive expression of P53 and Cdc2.
