根管治疗术后使用全瓷冠修复对磨牙牙缺损修复的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of all-porcelain crown restoration after root canal treatment on molar tooth defect

目的探讨根管治疗术后使用全瓷冠修复对磨牙牙缺损修复的疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2021年1月收治的100例磨牙牙缺损修复患者,按照患者意愿分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者使用烤瓷冠进行修复,观察组患者使用全瓷冠进行修复。记录2组患者的口腔修复有效率以及并发症发生情况,进行对比分析,并探究其差异原因。结果治疗结束后,观察组患者总有效率96.00%,对照组患者总有效率88.00%,2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为4.00%,对照组患者并发症发生率为16.00%,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论与传统烤瓷牙修复相比,全瓷冠修复由于材料中无金属成分,能够有效避免牙冠颜色不自然、牙龈变色等问题,其较高的生物相容性还能降低牙龈发炎、牙龈变色的风险,具有较高的临床价值,值得在后磨牙牙缺损修复患者中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of ceramic crown restoration on molar tooth defect after root canal treatment.Methods Total of 100 patients with molar tooth defect repair admitted from January 2018 to January 2021 were divided into observation group and control group according to their wishes.Patients in the control group were repaired with porcelain crown,and patients in the observation group were repaired with porcelain crown.The oral repair efficiency and complications of the two groups were recorded for comparative analysis,and the reasons for the differences were explored.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group and 88.00%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate was 4.00%in the observation group and 16.00%in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional porcelain fused to metal restoration,all ceramic crown restoration can effectively avoid the problems of unnatural crown color and gingival discoloration due to the absence of metal components in the material.Its high biocompatibility can also reduce the risk of gingival inflammation and root discoloration.It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application in the group of patients with posterior molar defect restoration.
