老年人群幽门螺杆菌感染研究进展

Research progress of Helicobacter pylori infection in elderly population

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是全球范围内高感染率的慢性感染性致病菌,和慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌息息相关,Hp感染引发的疾病涉及消化系统、心脑血管系统等多脏器。目前我国老年人Hp感染率较高,多数老年人存在耐药性,导致老年人Hp感染临床治疗更加复杂。就老年人Hp感染流行病学、相关疾病、临床治疗等问题的研究进展进行综述,以便更好地指导临床进行个性化防治。

Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a chronic infectious pathogen with high infection rate worldwide,which is closely related to chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.At present,Hp infection rate is high in the elderly in China,and the diseases caused by Hp involve digestive system,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system and other organs.Most of the elderly have drug resistance,which makes the clinical treatment of Hp infection in the elderly more complicated.This article reviews the research progress on the epidemiology,related diseases and clinical treatment of Hp infection in the elderly,so as to better guide the personalized clinical prevention and treatment.
