摘要
针对电气化铁路隧道轮廓顶部打孔和安装吊柱的作业需求,提出了一种基于激光雷达的铁路隧道轮廓拟合方法。采用激光雷达实时扫描隧道顶部轮廓,获得轮廓的点云数据,设计了以正交函数作基函数的最小二乘拟合算法与点云滤波算法,完成了隧道轮廓点云数据的拟合,得到了隧道轮廓的拟合曲线方程,对拟合误差进行了初步分析,并将拟合轮廓与真实轮廓进行对比。实验结果表明:该方法能较好地拟合出隧道轮廓,为电气化铁路隧道自动化施工作业提供一种新的方法。
In view of the requirements of perforating and installing davit on the top of tunnel contour in electrified railway,a contour fitting method of railway tunnel based on laser radar is proposed.The laser radar is used to scan the top contour of the tunnel in real time to obtain the point cloud data of the contour,the least squares fitting algorithm based on orthogonal function and point cloud filtering algorithm are designed,the point cloud data fitting of the tunnel contour is completed,the curve-fitting equation of the tunnel contour is obtained,the fitting error is analyzed preliminarily,and the fitting contour is compared with the real contour.The experimental results show that this method can fit the tunnel contour well,and provide a new method for the automated construction of electrified railway tunnel.
