摘要
高校教师队伍是全面推进“四新”建设、培育新时代人才的实施者,在高等教育转型中,新晋本科院校教师所面临的教学、科研考核压力陡增。从教师劳动价值的角度出发研究新晋本科院校教师的情绪劳动内涵及影响因素,基于情绪ABC理论视角设计情绪劳动工作机制和流程示意图,提出持续、长期的不合理信念下情绪劳动对身心伤害极大。教师可多获取组织和家庭的支持,促进良性绿色生态的情绪劳动,实现正向、积极、可持续发展。
Faculties are the implementers of comprehensively promoting the construction of“Four New”and cultivating talents in the new era.In the transition of higher education,teachers of newly promoted colleges are facing a sudden increase in the pressure of teaching,scientific research and assessment.From the perspective of teacher labor value,this paper studies the emotional labor of newly promoted colleges,analyzes the influencing factors of emotional labor,designs the working mechanism and schematic diagram of emotional labor based on the perspective of emotional ABC theory,and proposes that emotional labor under sustained and long-term irrational beliefs will do great harm to body and mind.It’s suggested that faculty should obtain more support from organizations and families to promote the positive green ecological emotional labor,which is conducive to the positive and sustainable development of teachers and organizations.
