摘要
任半塘的《唐戏弄》是唐代戏剧研究的扛鼎之作,但书中也存在一些错漏,其中“四则”较为典型:一,误引《梦华录》“三数人”为“三教人”,再误而认为这则记载与《三教》戏剧相关;二,误读《汉书·郊祀志》的“紫坛伪饰女乐”,继而错误地引申到“装旦”这个重要的戏剧史问题上;三,误解司空图诗“军营人学内家装”,并由此误引至“装旦演戏”问题;四、提倡想象式的研究方法,难免过于主观。以上四则典型错误,涉及到引用古籍、校点古文、解读史料、选择研究方法等重要问题,将其纠正过来,可为戏剧史研究提供重要启示。
Ren Bantang's Tang Xi Nong,a renowned drama study from the Tang dynasty,contains several errors and omissions.This paper highlights four notable examples.Firstly,the writer misquotes the phrase"sans shu ren"from Meng Hua Lu as"san jiao ren"and mistakenly associates it with the San Jiao drama.Secondly,the writer incorrectly punctuates the phrase"stone sacrificial altar decorated with carved dance slaves"from Han Shu Jiao Yue Zhi,leading to a further discussion on Zhuangdan(male actors playing female roles),an important aspect in the history of Chinese opera.Thirdly,Sikong Tu's poetry"In the military camp,women are emulating royal ladies'look"is erroneously linked to Zhuangdan performance.Lastly,the paper suggests an imaginative research approach that may be overly subjective.These errors touch upon crucial matters such as ancient text citation,proofreading,interpretation of historical materials,and the selection of research methods,thereby offering valuable insights on the study of Chinese opera.
