GC-MS/MS测定松香脱毛的畜禽表皮组织中16种多环芳烃

Determination of 16 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Epidermis of Livestock and Poultry after Rosin Depilation by GC-MS/MS

摘要 目的:建立了一种检测经工业松香脱毛的畜禽表皮中多环芳烃的方法,并对比了工业松香、沥青、松香酸甘油酯3种不同脱毛过程多环芳烃残留的差异。方法:以肉鸡表皮组织为材料,通过优化溶剂提取、QuEChERS净化、分子印迹固相萃取柱等前处理过程,结合气相色谱-串联质谱仪进行16种多环芳烃分析。结果:16种多环芳烃线性相关系数均大于0.996,检出限为0.28~0.95μg/kg,定量限为0.93~3.17μg/kg,3个不同加标水平回收率为84.15%~97.71%,相对标准偏差为1.43%~5.16%。结论:经工业松香和沥青脱毛的肉鸡表皮和皮下肌肉中多环芳烃检出种类和含量高于松香酸甘油酯。此方法准确、灵敏,可日常监控畜禽表皮中多环芳烃的种类和含量。 Objective:A method was established to detect polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in the epidermis of livestock and poultry with industrial rosin depilation,and the differences of PAHs residues in three different depilation processes including industrial rosin,asphalt and rosin acid triglyceride were compared.Methods:Using broiler epidermal tissue as material,16 kinds of PAHs were analyzed by optimized solvent extraction,QuEChERS purification,molecular-imprinted solid-phase extraction column and other pretreatment processes under optimized conditions of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)instrument.Results:The linear relationship of 16 PAHs was greater than 0.996,the limits of detection were 0.28-0.95μg/kg,the limits of quantification were 0.93-3.17μg/kg,the recoveries of three different spiked levels were 84.15%-97.71%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.43%-5.16%.Conclusion:The species and content of PAHs in epidermis and subcutaneous muscle of broilers molted by industrial rosin and asphalt were higher than that of rosin acid triglyceride.This method is accurate and sensitive,and can be used to monitor the types and contents of PAHs in the epidermis of livestock and poultry.
