技术升级改造对卷烟工厂生产制造水平提升的评价分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Technological Upgrades and Transformations for Enhancing Production and Manufacturing Capabilities of Cigarette Factories

本文立足于卷烟工厂“生产制造”的核心职能定位,通过选取6家具有代表性的卷烟工厂,根据《卷烟工厂生产制造水平综合评价方法》对其生产制造水平进行综合评价,探究技术升级改造对于卷烟工厂生产制造水平的提升效果。本文通过对比分析得出,技术升级改造可以使卷烟厂工艺质量水平、生产效能水平、绿色生产水平和智能制造水平均获得不同程度的提升,进而整体提升卷烟厂生产制造水平,并能有效落实烟草行业高质量发展要求。

In this paper,we investigate the impact of technological upgrades and transformations of cigarette factory enhancement of manufacturing level,by comparing six representative cigarette factories in terms of the core function"manufacturing"of cigarette factory,according to the"Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Cigarette Factory Manufacturing Level".Through comparative anaiysis,we conclude that technological upgrades and transformations can improve the process quality level,production efficiency level,green production level and intelligent manufacturing level of cigarette factories to varying degrees,thus improve the overall manufacturing level of cigarette factories,and effectively implementing the requirements of high-quality development of the tobacco industry.
