基础学科科技创新后备人才培养实践探究——以吉林省实施“英才计划”为例

摘要 中学生科技创新后备人才培养是践行人才自主培养的具体实践,更是为国、为党储备基础学科人才的重要举措。本文通过文献研究、文本研究、访谈等方法,以吉林省实施中学生科技创新后备人才培养计划为例,从选才、育才、储才入手,探索基础学科科技创新后备人才培养的模式,总结经验,以期为推广基础学科后备人才培养提供借鉴。 Cultivation of secondary school students'reserve talents in science and technology innovation is a concrete practice of independent cultivation of talents,and an even more important measure to reserve talents in basic disciplines for the country and the Party.Through literature research,text research,interviews and other methods,this paper takes the implementation of secondary school students'scientific and technological innovation reserve talents cultivation plan in Jilin Province as an example,and explores the mode of cultivating reserve talents in basic disciplines from the perspective of selecting,nurturing and storing talents,summarizes the experiences,and provides references for the promotion of the cultivation of reserve talents in basic disciplines.
