阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术加阴道残端悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Vaginal Total Hysterectomy Combined with Anterior and Posterior Wall Repair Combined with Vaginal Stump Suspension in the Treatment of Uterine Prolapse

探究阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术加阴道残端悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效。选取2021年1月—2022年12月太原市妇幼保健院收治的76例子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各38例。两组患者均实施阴式全子宫切除术、阴道前后壁修补术,观察组联用阴道残端悬吊术。比较两组患者康复时间(三项)、生活质量(三项)以及并发症发生率。结果显示,相较于对照组,观察组三项康复时间更短(P<0.05),手术后观察组三项生活质量评分更优(P<0.05);比较并发症发生率,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术加阴道残端悬吊术可有效治疗子宫脱垂,患者康复时间更短,生活质量更高,并发症发生率更低。

Exploring the clinical efficacy of vaginal hysterectomy combined with vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair and vaginal stump suspension in the treatment of uterine prolapse.76 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to Taiyuan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal anterior and posterior wall repair,while the observation group underwent vaginal stump suspension surgery in combination.Compare the recovery time,quality of life,and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the rehabilitation time of the observation group patients was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the observation group patients after surgery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that vaginal hysterectomy combined with vaginal wall repair and vaginal stump suspension can effectively treat uterine prolapse,resulting in shorter recovery time,higher quality of life,and lower incidence of complications for patients.
