腹腔镜下电子胆道镜取石术应用于胆总管结石取石的研究

Study on the Application of Laparoscopic Electronic Choledochoscopy in the Removal of Common Bile Duct Stones

研究腹腔镜下电子胆道镜取石术应用于胆总管结石取石的效果。选取赫章县人民医院2018年1月—2023年1月收治的60例胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规切开取石术,实验组采用腹腔镜下电子胆道镜取石术。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组患者不良反应发生率更低、治疗有效率及满意度更高,生活质量评分更高,手术相关指标好转,术后疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,腹腔镜下电子胆道镜取石术应用于胆总管结石取石的效果较好。

Study the effect of laparoscopic electronic choledochoscopy in the removal of common bile duct stones.Sixty patients with common bile duct stones admitted to Hezhang County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional incision lithotomy,while the experimental group underwent laparoscopic electronic cholangioscopy lithotomy.Compare the treatment effects of two groups of patients.The results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions,higher treatment effectiveness and satisfaction,h igher quality of life scores,improved surgical related indicators,and lower postoperative pain scores(P<0.05).Research has found that laparoscopic electronic choledochoscopy for the removal of common bile duct stones has a better effect.
