Hs-CRP和FIB水平与脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Hs-CRP and FIB Levels and the Degree of Neurological Impairment in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

探究hs-CRP和FIB水平与脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度的相关性。选取2022年1月—2023年5月毕节市中医医院收治的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据神经功能缺损程度的不同,将其分为3组,分别为轻度、中度及重度组,收集临床资料,分析神经功能缺损程度的影响因素。结果显示,重度脑梗死患者白细胞计数及hs-CRP水平均高于轻度及中度患者,并且中度患者高于轻度患者(P<0.05);重度患者D-D与FIB水平高于轻度及中度患者,并且中度患者高于轻度患者(P<0.05);轻度、中度及重度患者的PT及APTT水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究发现,hs-CRP与FIB水平与脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度存在紧密联系,hs-CRP及FIB水平越高,脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损程度越严重。

Explore the correlation between hs-CRP and FIB levels and the degree of neurological impairment in patients with cerebral infarction.Sixty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into three groups based on the degree of neurological impairment,namely mild,moderate,and severe groups.Clinical data were collected to analyze the influencing factors of neurological impairment.The results showed that the white blood cell count and hs CRP levels in patients with severe cerebral infarction were higher than those in mild and moderate patients,and moderate patients were higher than mild patients(P<0.05);The levels of D-D and FIB in severe patients were higher than those in mild and moderate patients,and moderate patients were higher than mild patients(P<0.05);There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in PT and APTT levels among mild,moderate,and severe patients(P>0.05).Research has found that the le vels of hs CRP and FIB are closely related to the degree of neurological defi cits in patients with cerebral infarction,the higher the levels of hs CRP and FIB,the more severe the neurological defi cits in patients with cerebral infarction.
