摘要
探讨健康教育在艾滋病患者临床预防保健与疾病控制工作中的运用价值。选取2020年1月—2023年1月赫章县人民医院收治的30例艾滋病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例,分别予以常规护理与健康教育干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,观察组的遵医行为、健康知识掌握情况以及生存质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在艾滋病患者临床预防保健与疾病控制工作中施行健康教育干预可提高患者的健康知识掌握率,提升其依从性和生存质量。
To explore the application value of health education in the clinical prevention and health care and disease control of AIDS patients.Thirty AIDS patients admitted to Hezhang County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 15 patients in each group.Routine nursing and health education intervention were given respectively to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the observation group had better compliance behavior,mastery of health knowledge,and quality of life than the control group,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of health education intervention in the clinical prevention and health care and disease control of AIDS patients can improve their health knowledge mastery rate,improve their compliance and quality of life.
