发展性照顾护理模式对低出生体重儿生长发育和神经行为发育的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Developmental Care Model on the Growth and Neurobehavioral Development of Low Birth Weight Infants

观察发展性照顾护理模式对低出生体重儿生长发育和神经行为发育的影响。选取2021年2月—2022年2月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的60例低出生体重儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预模式,观察组在对照组基础上,采用发展性照顾护理干预模式,对比两组生长发育与神经行为发育状况。结果显示,观察组生长发育状况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的MDI与PDI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组肠胃功能恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,发展性照顾护理模式对低出生体重儿生长发育和神经行为发育具有促进作用,值得临床推广。

Observe the impact of developmental care models on the growth and neurobehavioral development of low birth weight infants.Sixty low birth weight infants admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention mode,while the observation group adopted developmental nursing intervention mode on the basis of the control group.The growth and neurobehavioral development status of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the growth and development status of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the MDI and PDI scores of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery effect of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the developmental care model has a promoting effect on the growth and neurobehavioral development of low birth weight infants,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
