眼部按摩护理在青光眼小梁切除术后患者中的应用研究

Application of Eye Massage Nursing in Patients after Glaucoma Trabeculectomy

分析眼部按摩护理在青光眼小梁切除术后患者中的应用效果。选取2021年2月—2022年2月贵州省人民医院收治的110例青光眼患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各55例。对照组给予基础性护理,观察组在给予基础性护理的同时,开展眼部按摩护理,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者眼压均值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后三个月手术成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对青光眼小梁切除术后患者进行眼部按摩护理,能够改善患者预后,这种护理模式值得推广。

Analyze the application effect of eye massage nursing in patients after trabeculectomy for glaucoma.110 glaucoma patients admitted to Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received basic care,while the observation group received eye massage care while receiving basic care.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the average intraocular pressure of the observation group patients was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group patients was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the three-month postoperative surgery success rate of the observation group patients was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that eye massage care for patients after trabeculectomy can improve their prognosis,and this nursing model is worth promoting.
