胸脊神经射频热凝治疗胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation of Thoracic Spinal Nerves for Intercostal Neuralgia after Thoracic Vertebral Compression Fractures

分析胸脊神经射频热凝治疗胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛的临床效果。选取2022年5月—2023年5月绵阳市中心医院疼痛科收治的58例胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。对照组使用常规方式治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用胸脊神经射频热凝治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的QOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),ODI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对胸椎压缩骨折后肋间神经痛患者实施胸脊神经射频热凝治疗,有利于提升患者治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛感,缓解患者功能障碍,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Analyze the clinical effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation of thoracic spinal nerves on intercostal neuralgia after thoracic vertebral compression fractures.58 patients with intercostal neuralgia after thoracic vertebral compression fractures admitted to the Pain Department of Mianyang Central Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 29 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the thoracic spinal nerve on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ODI score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing radiofrequency thermocoagulation therapy for thoracic spinal nerves in patients with intercostal neuralgia after thoracic vertebral compression fractures is beneficial for improving treatment effectiveness,reducing pain,alleviating functional impairments,and improving patient quality of life.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
