血脂检测在肝脏疾病诊断中的应用价值探讨

Exploring the Application Value of Blood Lipid Testing in the Diagnosis of Liver Diseases

以脂肪肝为例,分析血清学指标检验在肝脏疾病患者临床诊断中的效果。选取中国贵航集团三〇二医院2021年3月—2023年3月收治的102例脂肪肝患者作为实验组,并将同时期至中国贵航集团三〇二医院体检的102例健康人员作为对照组。比较两组血清学指标和肝功能指标。结果显示,对照组的平均AST、平均ALT均低于实验组(P<0.05);实验组的平均TC、平均TG明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,通过检测血清学指标中的AST、ALT、TC和TG等指标,可以辅助医生判断患者是否存在肝脏疾病。这为临床医生提供了一种简便有效的诊断手段,有助于早期发现和治疗肝脏疾病,提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。

Taking fatty liver as an example,analyze the effectiveness of serological indicators in the clinical diagnosis of liver disease patients.102 patients with fatty liver admitted to Hospital 302 Attached to Guizhou Aviation Group from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and 102 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at China Guihang Group 302 Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Compare two sets of serum and liver function indicators.The results showed that the average AST and average ALT of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05);The average TC and TG of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that detecting serum indicators such as AST,ALT,TC,and TG can assist doctors in determining whether patients have liver disease.This provides a simple and effective diagnostic tool for clinical doctors,which helps to detect and treat liver diseases in the early stage,improve the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.
