微创痔疮手术治疗痔疮的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Hemorrhoid Surgery on the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

探讨微创痔疮手术的临床治疗效果以及患者并发症的发生率。选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东省郓城县武安镇中心卫生院收治的100例痔疮患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用传统手术方式进行治疗,观察组患者采用微创痔疮手术方式进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗有效率更高,手术所用时间、切口的愈合时间更短,术中出血量更少,术后并发症的发生率更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,通过微创痔疮手术治疗痔疮,不仅能提升患者的治疗有效率,而且能有效缩短患者的手术时间,减少术中出血量,加快患者术后切口的愈合速度,患者术后并发症的发生率较低,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Explore the clinical treatment effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery and the incidence of patient complications.100 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to Wu’an Town Central Health Center,Yuncheng County,Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with traditional surgical methods,while the observation group patients were treated with minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher treatment effectiveness rate,shorter surgical time,shorter incision healing time,less intraoperative bleeding,and a lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Research has found that minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery can not only improve the treatment efficiency of patients,but also effectively shorten the surgical time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,accelerate the healing speed of postoperative incisions,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It has high clinical promotion value.
