摘要
探讨在中药饮片应用的过程中采用不同的炮制方式所取得的临床效果。选取渭南市中医医院2021年1月—2023年3月收治的80例行中药饮片治疗的消化不良患者作为研究对象,按照入院接受治疗时间的先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规炮制工艺,观察组采用炒焦、炒炭炮制工艺。对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后的中医证候积分等各项数据。结果显示,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,为了促使中药饮片发挥其最大的临床药效,需在其炮制手段上下功夫,以炒焦、炒炭的炮制工艺代替常规的炮制手段,在提升患者临床治疗总有效率的同时,可以提升其临床用药的安全性,值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Explore the clinical effects achieved by using different processing methods in the application of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.80 cases of indigestion patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces from January 2021 to March 2023 at Weinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission for treatment,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional processing techniques,while the observation group used stir frying and charcoal frying processing techniques.Compare the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that in order to maximize the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,eff orts need to be made in their processing methods,replacing conventional processing methods with stir fried and charred processing techniques.While improving the overall clinical treatment efficiency of patients,it can also improve the safety of their clinical medication,which is worth vigorously promoting and applying in clinical practice.
