全程助产护理对产妇妊娠结局和分娩镇痛效果的影响评价

Evaluation of the Impact of Full Process Midwifery Nursing on the Pregnancy Outcome and Delivery Analgesia Effect of Postpartum Women

评价全程助产护理对产妇妊娠结局和分娩镇痛效果的影响。选择2021年4月—2022年3月威海市中心医院产科接诊的144例产妇作为研究对象,利用随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组72例,给予对照组产妇常规护理干预,给予观察组产妇全程助产护理干预。比较两组产妇的妊娠结局和分娩镇痛效果。结果显示,观察组产妇分娩结局显著优于对照组,非药物镇痛效果显著优于对照组,疼痛程度显著低于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,全程助产护理在产妇分娩期间的有效应用,不仅可以有效改善产妇妊娠结局,还可以显著提升产妇分娩镇痛效果,极大地保障产妇分娩过程中的安全性与舒适性,并且通过心理护理与情感支持,有效缓解和消除产妇的负面情绪,获得了产妇与家属的普遍认可。

Evaluate the impact of full process midwifery care on maternal pregnancy outcomes and delivery analgesia effects.144 pregnant women who received obstetric treatment at Weihai Central Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 72 cases in each group.The control group received rout ine nursing intervention and the observation group received full process midwifery nursing intervention.Compare the pregnancy outcomes and delivery analgesia effects of two groups of postpartum women.The results showed that the delivery outcome of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the non drug analgesic effect was significantly better than that of the control group.The degree of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the effective application of full process midwifery care during childbirth can not only effectively improve the pregnancy outcome of mothers,but also significantly enhance the analgesic effect of childbirth,greatly ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers during childbirth.Through psychological care and emotional support,negative emotions of mothers can be effectively alleviated and eliminated,which has gained widespread recognition from mothers and their families.
