循证护理对预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗并发症的价值探讨

The Value of Evidence-based Nursing in Preventing Chemotherapy Complications in Patients with Malignant Tumors

探讨循证护理对预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗并发症的应用价值。选取2020年7月—2021年6月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院甲乳外科收治的104例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施循证护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施循证护理可以有效预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗并发症,减少患者化疗期间的痛苦,有利于缓解患者的各种不良情绪,显著提高临床护理质量,改善患者预后效果。

Exploring the application value of evidence-based nursing in preventing chemotherapy complications in malignant tumor patients.104 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine care,while the observation group patients received evidence-based care.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group.After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent chemotherapy complications in malignant tumor patients,reduce pain during chemotherapy,alleviate various negative emotions in patients,significantly improve clinical nursing quality,and improve patient prognosis.
