个性化护理策略在肝胆外科老年患者围手术期护理中的应用分析

Application of Personalized Nursing Strategies in Perioperative Care of Elderly Patients in Hepatobiliary Surgery

探究肝胆外科老年患者围手术期护理中运用个性化护理策略的价值。选取2020年3月—2022年3月黔东南苗族侗族自治州人民医院肝胆外科68例老年患者为研究对象,以随机抽取法分为对比组(n=34)、探究组(n=34)两组,分别予以常规护理和个性化护理,对比两组患者护理效果。研究发现,在手术治疗和常规护理的基础上,给肝胆外科老年患者提供围手术期个性化护理措施,可以稳定患者各项生命指标,缩短患者术后康复时间,缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者满意程度,进一步保证治疗和护理质量,建议推广。

To explore the value of personalized care strategies in the perioperative care of elderly patients in hepatobiliary sur-gery.From March 2020 to March 2022,68 elderly patients from the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly selected into two groups,the comparison group(n=34)and the exploration group(n=34),and the routine nursing and personalized nursing were given respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.It is found that on the basis of surgical treatment and routine nursing,providing perioperative personalized nursing measures for elderly patients in hepatobiliary surgery can stabilize various life indicators,shorten the recovery time of patients,alleviate patients’negative emotions,improve patients’satisfaction,further ensure the quality of treatment and nursing,and recommend promotion.
