针对性皮肤护理在烧伤瘢痕修复中的作用及对美学效果的影响研究

Targeted Skin Care for Burn Scar Repair Patients and its Impact on Aesthetic Outcomes

观察针对性皮肤护理对烧伤瘢痕修复患者负面情绪与美学效果的影响。选取2020年10月—2022年9月贵州省人民医院收治的72例烧伤瘢痕修复患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性皮肤护理。观察两组患者负性情绪、美容效果、并发症情况。结果显示,观察组患者负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者美容效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对性皮肤护理能有效缓解烧伤瘢痕修复患者的负面情绪,优化美学效果,减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Observe the impact of targeted skin care on the negative emotions and aesthetic effects of burn scar repair patients.72 burn scar repair patients admitted to Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=36).The control group received routine care,while the observation group received targeted skin care.Observe the negative emotions,cosmetic effects,and complications of the two groups of patients.The results showed that the negative emotional score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the cosmetic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that targeted skin care can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of burn scar repair patients,optimize aesthetic effects,reduce complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
