摘要
探究综合气道护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭中的应用效果。选取2020年5月—2021年5月纳雍县人民医院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为两组,分别为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。研究组应用综合气道护理,对照组应用常规气道护理,对比两组患者护理前后的呼吸功能指标水平、并发症发生率、无创呼吸机治疗时间、住院时间。结果显示,护理后,研究组患者每分通气量、潮气量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者无创呼吸机治疗时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,综合气道护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭中的应用效果显著,不仅能有效改善患者呼吸功能,还能降低其并发症发生率,缩短其预后周期。
Explore the application effect of comprehensive airway care in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure admitted to Nayong People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were evenly divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely the study group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The study group received comprehensive airway care,while the control group received routine airway care.The respiratory function indicators,complication rates,non-invasive ventilator treatment time,and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients were compared before and after care.The results showed that after nursing,the ventilation volume and tidal volume per minute in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The non-invasive ventilation treatment time and hospitalization time of the study group patients were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that comprehensive airway care has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.It not only effectively improves respiratory function,but also reduces the incidence of complications and shortens the prognosis cycle.
