基于“一气周流”理论治疗食管癌术后胃肠功能障碍研究

Study on the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Esopha-geal Cancer Surgery Based on the Theory of“A cycle of qi”

食管癌是临床常见消化道肿瘤,外科手术治疗为食管癌治疗的首选方案和主要治疗手段。而胃肠功能障碍在食管癌根治术后的出现,不仅会导致患者的营养状态恶化和生活品质下降,还会增加并发症的发生率,这一现象必须引起高度重视。促进患者术后胃肠动力恢复是患者术后康复的关键。从“一气周流”理论出发,食管癌术后胃肠功能障碍病机在于气虚、痰湿、气逆、血瘀、肠热,治疗上应泻下补中益气、化痰除湿、行气除胀、活血化瘀、通腹泄热,使人体的气机恢复正常,从而达到阴平阳秘的状态。采用“一气周流”的理论,对食管癌术后胃肠功能障碍进行论治,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。

Esophageal cancer is a common digestive tract tumor in clinical practice,and surgical treatment is the first choice and main treatment method for esophageal cancer.The occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction after radical resection of esopha-geal cancer not only leads to a deterioration of patients’nutritional status and quality of life,but also increases the incidence of complications.This phenomenon must be highly valued.Promoting postoperative gastrointestinal motility recovery is the key to postoperative recovery for patients.Starting from the theory of“a cycle of qi”,the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal dysfunction after esophageal cancer surgery lies in qi defi ciency,phlegm dampness,qi inversion,blood stasis,and intestinal heat.Treatment should be based on purging and tonifying qi,resolving phlegm and dampness,promoting qi and bloating,promoting blood circu-lation and resolving stasis,and relieving heat through the abdomen,so as to restore the normal qi function of the human body and achieve a state of yin,yang,and constipation.This article adopts the theory of“a cycle of qi”to treat postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in esophageal cancer,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
