颈源性头痛是临床常见疾病,也是慢性和复发性头痛的重要原因,严重影响患者的生活质量。该病病因不明,发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前尚缺乏明确、统一的诊断标准及治疗策略。回顾了近年来国内外颈源性头痛相关文献,着重对其治疗策略及康复宣教进行综述,旨在为临床医师提供实践参考。

Cervical headache is a common clinical disease and an important cause of chronic and recurrent headaches,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The etiology of this disease is unknown,and the pathogenesis is not fully understood.Currently,there is a lack of clear and unified diagnostic standards and treatment strategies.This article reviews relevant literature on cervical headache both domestically and internationally in recent years,focusing on its treatment strategies and rehabilitation education,with the aim of providing practical reference for clinical physicians.
