血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素探讨

Discussion on Factors Influencing the Accuracy of Blood Biochemical Test Specimen Analysis Process

在实际分析血液生化检验标本的过程中,探讨影响检验结果准确性的因素。选取2022年3月—2023年2月于郓城县武安镇中心卫生院接受血液生化检验的300例患者为研究对象,按照患者检验结果的准确性将其划分为检验准确组与检验不准确组,分析检验结果准确性的影响因素。结果显示,检验准确组标本采集不合格、送检不及时、送检血液量不充足、储存条件不恰当、检验程序不合理、条形码粘贴不正确、仪器操作不正确、操作环境不合格问题的发生概率均低于检验不准确组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在血液生化检验标本分析环节,检验结果的准确性会受到多种因素的影响。要想切实保证血液生化检验结果的准确性,需要做好质量控制的相关工作。

In the actual analysis of blood biochemical test specimens,explore the factors that affect the accuracy of test results.300 patients who underwent blood biochemical tests at the Yuncheng Wu’an Town Central Health Center from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the accuracy of the patient’s test results,they were divided into an accurate test group and an inaccurate test group,and the factors affecting the accuracy of the test results were analyzed.The results showed that the probability of sample collection failure,untimely submission for testing,insuffi ient blood volume for testing,inappropriate storage conditions,unreasonable testing procedures,incorrect barcode pasting,incorrect instrument operation,and unqualifi ed operating environment in the accurate testing group was lower than that in the inaccurate testing group(P<0.05).Research has found that in the analysis of blood biochemical test specimens,the accuracy of test results is influenced by multiple factors.To ensure the accuracy of blood biochemical test results,it is necessary to do a good job in quality control.
