助产护理对高龄产妇分娩方式和产程的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Midwifery Nursing on the Delivery Mode and Process of Elderly Parturients

研究助产护理对高龄产妇分娩方式和产程的影响。选取2018年10月—2021年10月威海市中心医院产科收治的120例高龄产妇作为研究对象,利用双盲法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施助产护理干预。对比两组产妇护理结果。结果显示,观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程用时均短于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05),产后2h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),HAMD评分与HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,助产护理对高龄产妇具有极高的应用价值,可缩短产妇产程时间,减少产妇产后2h出血量,改善产妇焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪,提高产妇自然分娩率,最大限度降低剖宫产率。

Study the impact of midwifery care on the delivery mode and process of elderly postpartum women.120 elderly postpartum women admitted to the obstetrics department of Weihai Central Hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group using a double blind method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received midwifery nursing intervention.Compare the nursing outcomes of two groups of postpartum women.The results showed that the first stage,second stage,third stage,and total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),with a higher natural delivery rate and lower cesarean section rate compared to the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 hours postpartum was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that midwifery care has extremely high application value for elderly mothers,which can shorten the delivery process time,reduce postpartum bleeding for 2 hours,improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,increase the natural delivery rate of mothers,and minimize the cesarean section rate.
