心理护理联合健康教育对乳腺肿瘤患者术后康复的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Health Education on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Breast Tumor Patients

研讨乳腺肿瘤患者术后康复护理中应用心理护理联合健康教育的效果。将100例行手术治疗乳腺肿瘤患者纳入本次研究中,并设置成以常规护理方案为主的对照组和以心理护理联合健康教育为主的观察组。将两组的运用效果进行对比。结果显示,干预后,观察组患者SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者心理功能、社会功能、躯体健康高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度98.00%高于对照组86.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间、遵医行为均优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,在行手术治疗乳腺肿瘤患者术后康复护理中介入心理护理联合健康教育有助于改善患者的心理状态,同时还能够提高患者生存质量和加强其遵医行为,患者及其家属广泛满意和认可该干预模式。

To study the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of breast tumor patients.In this study,100 patients with breast tumors undergoing surgery were included in this study and set up as a control group based on usual nursing protocols and an observation group based on psychological nursing combined with health education.The effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after the intervention,the SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and after the intervention,the psychological function,social function and physical health of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 98.00%higher than that in the control group(86.00%),and the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and compliance behavior of the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were signifi cant(P<0.05).It was found that interventional psychological nursing combined with health education in the postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with breast tumors treated by surgery could help improve the psychological state of patients,and also improve the quality of life and strengthen their compliance behavior,and patients and their families were widely satisfi ed and recognized by the intervention model.
