以团队为基础的教学模式在急重症护理教学实践中的应用价值研究

摘要 以急重症护理教学实践为内容,对比传统带教和以团队为基础的教学模式价值。选择2022年2月—2023年2月参与急重症护理教学的护生共86名,采用抽样法将护生分组。其中43例纳入对照组采用常规带教法,43例纳入观察组采用以团队为基础的教学模式。对比两组护生的考核成绩、护理能力、带教方法满意度差异。结果显示,两组护生考核成绩比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护生各项护理能力比较,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护生带教方法满意度比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急重症的护理教学实践中应用以团队为基础的教学模式,教学成绩与教学效果更理想,有助于提高护生的积极性与参与性,可推广使用。 Compare the value of traditional teaching and team based teaching models based on the teaching practice of acute and critical care.A total of 86 nursing students who participated in emergency and critical care teaching from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and grouped using sampling method.Among them,43 cases were included in the control group using conventional teaching methods,while 43 cases were included in the observation group using a team based teaching model.Compare the differences in assessment scores,nursing abilities,and satisfaction with teaching methods between two groups of nursing students.The results showed that the evaluation scores of the two groups of nursing students were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);The comparison of various nursing abilities between the two groups of nursing students showed that the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of teaching methods among two groups of nursing students was compared,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of a team based teaching model in nursing teaching practice for acute and severe cases leads to better teaching results and effectiveness,which helps to improve the enthusiasm and participation of nursing students and can be promoted for use.
