心理护理联合舒适护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Comfort Nursing Intervention on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

探究心理护理联合舒适护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者的应用效果。选取2020年1月—2022年5月遵义市第五人民医院收治的65例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组有32例患者,试验组有33例患者。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施心理护理联合舒适护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,试验组护理满意度、治疗依从性、舒适度评分、症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对腰椎间盘突出症患者应用心理护理联合舒适护理,可缓解患者临床症状,提高患者舒适度。

Explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with comfort nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc herniation.65 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group in chronological order of admission.There were 32 patients in the control group and 33 patients in the experimental group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group received psychological care combined with comfort care.Compare the nursing outcomes of two groups of patients.The results showed that after nursing,the nursing satisfaction,treatment compliance,comfort score,and symptom score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that applying psychological care combined with comfort care to patients with lumbar disc herniation can alleviate their clinical symptoms and improve their comfort level.
