摘要
为改进现有采茶机设计,提升用户满意度,构建了融合QFD,NAGS-Ⅱ及TOPSIS方法的产品设计模型,使用户全程参与到产品设计过程中。通过分析用户需求,得到用户需求权重,并基于采茶机的技术特性和零部件结构,得到产品设计重点。以用户对零部件的打分和零部件成本为依据构建优化模型,对设计方案进行优化设计。通过对方案进行评价,筛选出最优设计方案。采茶机设计实例验证了模型的有效性,可为其他农机产品设计提供参考。
In order to optimize the existing tea pickers,improve user satisfaction,a product design model integrating QFD,NAGS-Ⅱand TOPSIS method was constructed,which allowed users to participate in the whole process of product design.The weight of user requirements was obtained through user requirements analysis.The key points of product design were obtained based on technical characteristics and parts of tea pickers.An optimization model was established based on user scoring of parts and the cost of parts to optimize the design scheme.The scheme was evaluated and screened to select the optimal design scheme.The effectiveness of the model was verified by an example of tea picker design,which provided references for the product design of other agricultural machineries.
