染料产品中含氯苯酚的测定

Determination of the Content of Chlorophenols in Dye Products

本文将染料产品中的含氯苯酚提取后,经乙酸酐乙酰化生成含氯苯酚乙酸酯,再通过液液萃取将含氯苯酚乙酸酯萃取至正己烷中。采用气相色谱法,使用DB-17MS色谱柱和质量选择检测器对19种含氯苯酚酯进行分离和定量分析;采用气质联用仪对19种含氯苯酚酯进行定性分析。结果表明,该分析方法分离效果好,数据重现性好,准确度、精密度较高,可用于染料产品中含氯苯酚的测定。

Chlorophenols were extracted from dye products and acetylated by acetic anhydride to produce chlorophenol acetates.19 Chlorophenol acetates were extracted into hexane by liquid-liquid extraction,then,separated and quantified by gas chromatography with DB-17MS column and mass selective detector.19 Chlorophenol acetates were qualified by GC-MS.The results showed that the analysis method has good separation,good reproducibility,high accuracy and precision.The method could be used for the determination of chlorophenols in dye products.
