摘要
根据冻结钻孔工艺流程和BIM技术特点,为了可视化钻孔轨迹并简化钻孔质量检查方法,使用Dynamo参数化工具建立动态钻孔三维模型,形象展示冻结钻孔轨迹;使用Clash Detective工具完成单孔偏斜率及孔间距检查,动态指导钻孔作业;提出了基于BIM的冻结钻孔轨迹控制及研究方法,形成可视化信息模型供技术交底与工程参考。
According to the special process of freezing drilling and characteristics of BIM technology,a 3D dynamic drilling model is established by using Dynamo to visualize the trajectory of freezing drilling.Clash Detective is used to check the single hole's deviation rate and distances between boreholes,which can guide drilling operations.Besides,the regularity of drilling deviation in this project is obtained by statistical analysis.A visualized information model is proposed for technical submission and engineering reference.
