小曲线半径段连续刚构施工技术研究

摘要 结合工程实例研究小曲线半径段多跨连续刚构桥挂篮施工技术。论文分析了连续刚构悬臂浇筑自由端在日照温差、风速作用下的变形和位移,掌握了连续刚构桥的变形规律,从而实现了连续刚构施工平面线形及挠度控制。同时在工艺上采取装配式托架,挂篮4%横坡调整,轨道采用分段设计等技术创新手段,实现了小曲线半径多跨连续刚构桥线性控制,提高了挂篮使用的稳定性及小半径挂篮转弯等技术要求。 This article studies the construction technology ofhanging baskets for multi-span continuous rigid frame bridges with small curve radius segments combined with engineering examples,and analyzes the deformation and displacement ofthe free end of continuous rigid frame cantilever pouring under the action of sunlight temperature difference and wind speed,and grasps the deformation law of continuous rigid frame bridges,thus achieving the control of the plane shape and deflection of continuous rigid frame construction.At the same time,prefabricated brackets are adopted in the process,with 4%lateral slope adjustment for the hanging basket,and innovative techniques such as segmented design are adopted for the track,achieving linear control of small curve radius multi-span continuous rigid frame bridges,improving the stability ofthe hanging basket and the technical requirements for small radius hanging basket turning.
